not sure if any other member is having the same problem, but the photos come up as thumbnail size and it's difficult to see the details in the additional photos

Comments: I was the winner of this auction and have just recd the item. I have two concerns re authenticity: 1) the sunglasses feel VERY light for their size; this is my first pair of Diors so have no basis of comparison but do own a number of authentic Chanel, Bulgari, Gucci, etc and there is a definite difference in heft; and 2) the box I recd w the item is definitely not the original for these glasses as the lid does not sit flush on top no matter how the glasses lay in the box.

From what I can see, the sunglasses look fine. They are designed to be light-weight so that it won't put stain/discomfort on your face when you wear them for long periods of time. They are listed as pre-owned which may be why they feel a bit different compared to a brand new pair (?).

The grey box in the pictures is a cardboard box meant to keep the sunglasses case in. It looks too small to belong to your sunglasses, so perhaps someone tried to use the box of another pair of Dior sunglasses to store these. This doesn't mean that the pair of sunglasses that you have is fake, though.

Thank you so much averagejoe! And sorry about the messy pics... I had a good feeling myself too about this purse, it was the "New York" in the stamp that was bothering me, but looks like in the vintage ones it has been used.
Again, thanks to you guys here, giving your time and expertise for us less proffs! Amazing!
