just seems authentic to me....also i can see that the seller also is selling an authentic zebra print lady dior...i was actually interested in it ang got clear pics of serial number.

Although it helps to see that a seller offers other bags that are authentic, authentication is based only on the bag that is offered in the listing. Sometimes people sell both real and fake bags, as is the case for sellers like FashionPhile and LindasStuff (check the Dior Fakes thread), so one has to be careful not to assume that all of their bags are authentic just because a few of them are.

I posted a recent auction in the Dior Fakes thread of a lot of purses which includes a white Dior Street Chic and white Dior Detective:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...K4qTwHD8xAnV9aDXoxh8s%3D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc

The listing ended at $1525. The Street Chic is authentic, but the Detective is fake.

This is an example of a seller selling both authentic and fake items (perhaps unintentionally) at the same time.

Could someone please authenticate this Dior bag?

Here's everything I know:

Pink Leather

Brown and Cream Monogram Jacquard with Thin Lettering

Polished Gold Hardware

Interior Tag is intact with Stitching all the way around the tag. The bottom corners of the tag are rounded.

The front of the tag says:

Christian Dior (line 1)
Paris (line 2)

The back of the tag says:

Made In Spain (line 1)

The serial no. is fuzzy but it kind of looks like:
CM 0025 (line 2)

At the very least, I think the serial # is laid out in the Letter Letter (Space) #### format. See example below.

AB 1234

I have attached all of the pictures I have.

Thank you, SO VERY MUCH for your help!!!

Pam

Pictures are too burry, but this bag is authentic.

I can't be sure of the bag's authenticity because the interior tag picture is blurry, but it looks good so far. The brown lining is because the bag is actually dark brown. It looks so dark that it looks black in some pictures. The seller inaccurately listed the bag as "black".

Averagejoe, thank you so much for your quick response and especially for picking up that it is a brown bag! I didnt even notice that. Much appreciated.
