Sorry but because there may be potential counterfeiters lurking on this forum and reading these posts for tips to make their fakes look more accurate, I cannot share the reasons why.
The receipt is easily faked, since it just takes a computer and Google to copy the logo and location details.

It's authentic, but it was released in fall 2012, I believe (I'm not sure, but I know it's not new).
It is a current colour at the boutique, though, so it's not like a last-season colour technically.
It's fake, even from the poor pictures provided.
And I would refuse to buy a bag from a seller that withholds pictures. It's terrible customer service, especially for online retail where you can't even see the item in real life before paying.
