Hello,

I am currently eyeing two purses at ShopGoodWill.com.

First)
Name: 2 Coach Tan Leather Purses Hobo Handbag/Duffle
Listing Number: (18293830)?
Seller: Goodwill Industries of Central Texas
Link: http://www.shopgoodwill.com/viewitem-sugg.asp?itemid=18293830
**This listing is actually a grouping of two "Coach" purses. I am mostly concerned with the authenticity of the light tan purse on the left. It reminds me of a miniature Helen legacy purse.
Also, if the purse on the left was a real Coach style, can someone tell me its official name?

Second:
Name: Vintage Brown Leather Shoulder Purse
Listing Number: 18336513)
Seller: Goodwill of North Florida
Link: http://www.shopgoodwill.com/auctions/Vintage-Brown-Leather-Shoulder-Purse-18336513.html

Any insight into the authenticity of either purse would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

It's impossible to authenticate the lighter-color bag in the first listing since there's no readable photo of the creed stamp and serial number. I don't think there actually is a "Legacy Slim Leather duffle" There IS a Slim Duffle Medium from around 1999 but there are a couple of concerns. The photos I have show a large pocket on the front panel of the bag. It's possible Goodwill photographed the wrong side but without a creed pic and a picture of the front I can't be sure it's authentic. They say it has a "back slip pocket" but that's actually the front. And with that style number 9816 we have to be even more careful because that number with various prefixes has been used in a LOT of fakes. It MAY be ok but I'm not willing to take that chance. Coach's picture of the style is below

The Soho Flap looks genuine.

The second bag is a genuine Helen's Legacy from 2001.

Hi there-- Could you please check this eBay listing for me? I have not seen this type of strap attachment on vintage Coach bags before. Thanks in advance!

Item: PRE-OWNED VINTAGE COACH ORANGE-RED SHOULDER BAG SERIAL No 643-9688 ~ MADE IN NEW YORK CITY

Item number: 390946630934

That listing number has already been discussed - here's what came up in a search for the number

And we have seen other vintage bags with the same kind of strap fastening.
