The first one is probably ok but we really need to see a photo of the creed stamp and serial number. The second one looks good.

Oops! Forgot the listing for the Chelsea did not have a creed. She sent the creed via ebay email. It is so annoying when sellers don't put a photo of the creed in their listing. Will post the pic asap.

Could someone please authenticate this Coach Leatherware bag?
From GW...
Approx. 8.75"w x 8.75"h x 2.5"d. Strap 22" to side of bag.
A Lindsay Bag #9888 from around 1993? I have one in camel with same reg. number configuration. I think this one is navy...fingers crossed...rehab in progress.

And these Coach accessories from area charity shops?
The little wallet is approx. 4"w x 3.25"h x .5"d, closed. 4"w x 7"h open. Pretty ugly, but responding well to rehab. The BT belt has an anchor stamped on the underside of the buckle.
Any info is always appreciated...thanks again!

I agree with Hyacinth but I think she got reversed the bags in her authentication.

The first one looks good and the second one is the one needing the creed photo.

Genuine.

Also - the belts look ok, but although the age of the wallet seems right, the stitching seems uneven. But as I've said before, older and vintage wallets aren't my specialty.

I don't see any problems with the wallet but wait for other opinions.

The belts are fine.

Ladies, good morning and please help!!!! I'm trying to 'date' this bag as it's age is being questioned as possibly not being considered vintage.
The creed is very worn down and hard to make out but I'm pretty sure it reads GOD-9966?

The bag measures 11" across the bottom, 9" high, and 4.5" in depth. Thank you so much!

It's just 14 years old and a bag isn't considered to be vintage until it's 20. So, no, it's not vintage yet.

You might want to check out this guide (and other Salearea guides) to brush up on how to read and translate serial numbers.

ETA: BTW, it's G0D nor GOD in the prefix. Again, the guide explains what the characters mean.
