Hello ladies! I have not been in this section for a while, but stumbled across this auction that has left me puzzled. It looks like a Legacy Lock Clutch, but is holographic. It does not look to have a number on the creed but looks just like the very pricey new clutches...needless to say I have my doubts, especially the $80 price tag. Thoughts? Seller has a black Chelsea looking bag also listed that also does not have a number.

Looking in her history, she has sold "Coach" with six numbers after the dash? I'm calling fake but wow...

I've never seen anything like this but that doesn't make it fake. She doesn't have enough clear pictures to tell much about it. I think the Chelsea probably has a number but her picture is so bad you can't see it. Six digits after the dash is fine if the first or last digit is a letter. Some of these have an F indicating factory, and at least one has a P and the end of the number, indicating pilot bag. Her pictures aren't clear enough to tell for certain if her items are authentic or not. If she was the original purchaser of these and they are authentic, she certainly isn't making a profit based on the prices she is selling them for.

Omgosh I completely forgot about factory and pilots. You can tell I have been away for a little too long lol.
Perhaps the clutch is a sample of some sort? Hence no number? Or maybe you are right and the nums are too hard to see...

I'm not seeing any problems. The line is UNDER the "o" in No just where it's supposed to be. And the "ES" stamp probably stands for "employee sale". There's nothing wrong with it.

Great! How old do you think it is? And what is the name? Whitney? I think. They actually marked the bag for employee sale? I have never seen that! Thanks Hyacinth! Your the best!:)

It looks fine to me. I think the hardware is brass but some of the photos make it appear like nickel. You can see that the rings and the clips are brass in the last two pictures. It's a Baxter bag.

More opinions are welcome. But Coach wallets especially Mens wallets are highly faked and I would NEVER buy one from any online seller unless I knew and trusted them completely, and that they always bought their items right from Coach or an authorized Coach retailer.
