I'm not Whateve but I'll do my best.

1- As we've said before, there are so many almost-perfect fakes of this style 1443 that we never recommend buying them through the secondary market, from Ebay or any other source. However, if you're willing to take a chance, the first one might actually be genuine. I don't see any of the usual mistakes we see on the fakes.

2- Seems ok but I don't have any photos of verified genuine bags for comparison other than Coach's stock photo. However the details look ok.

Genuine Hamptons Leather Flap, but the only color name that seems to fit is Bright Red. If the creed patch and outside aren't the same shade it's possible the color may have faded a little.

BTW, if anyone has the time to report, there's a FAKE of the same style also listed - Cs are too big, the creed is a total mess and says it was made in the US, and there are no brass feet on the base. Thanks!

This one doesn't have very good pictures, but seller selling it as a new bag even with attached tag and booklet. Is that too good to be true?

The red and tan ones both look ok. So does the navy blue one.

For what it's worth, and a suggestion for all our posters:
It's probably better to use a full-feature computer instead of a substitute and an App to ask authentication questions whenever possible. We REALLY need to have the seller ID and listing number as well as the link posted, just as requested in the first post of this thread. Apparently some apps don't allow users to Copy & Paste? I don't know since I only use a regular computer.

Also, the app is STILL posting duplicate copies of every photo, which probably sucks up the forum's bandwidth like a sponge.
(Mods, poke me if I'm too fussy on this subject)

The rings may have just been nickel-plated and something inside the leather loops holding them is wearing the finish off.

That's completely up to you. I'm not a Signature fan but the fabric bag is pretty much all-season and will show less wear & tear than the suede. But I'd always choose purple over brown anyway so I'm a bit biased. :D

As others have commented, the first one is highly and well faked but the one in the listing looks right.

The second one is authentic.

Although there are more fake than real 1443 gallery totes, I think you're fine with #1.
