The first one seems ok but we usually need to see the entire creed patch - not in this case though. Those white bags are very hard to clean once they get dirty and when a seller of a light-colored leather bag says a bag "might need a cleaning", you may want to keep looking, or at least ask for clear, in-focus photos of the bag so you can see how dirty it is and decide if it's worth the effort. That pebbled leather surface on Sonomas can't take a lot of scrubbing like smooth leathers can.
The bag is a Sonoma Small Flap, Natural Grain from sometime in the mid-1990s. It's impossible to give an exact year without being able to see the entire serial number.
2nd - I know it's really hard to get clear, well-lit close-ups of the creed on smaller bags, especially black ones, but it's impossible to authenticate without one.
