I am currently interested in purchasing this style purse.. and I found two of them on the iPhone app "Poshmark" where it's being sold..
I decided it would be best to "google" this and saw they both have different front emblems and wanted to see if these were even real before I went ahead and purchased it!
These are two different purses - I'm not even sure the name.. (but i saw on google a same purse, not sure if it was real and the name listed was "Coach Heritage Chelsea stripe zip satchel bag" and the color is supposed to be off white or a cream and the stripe is supposed to be white and pink..

The first one is a MFF (made for factory) bag and is style 14478.
The second one is a boutique (full-price store) item and is style 13190.
When comparing bags, you can't compare two different styles and expect them to match. Usually the boutique bags have more labor intensive details that justify the higher price at a boutique.
Outlet bags are simpler and therefore less expensive and affordable.
I'm not sure if there's a difference in size between the two bags you've asked about but it's possible they aren't even the same size.
As for authenticity, both look good to me.

I think so, there aren't any obvious problems with the bag itself that I noticed.

Everyone of these Coach 47420's wallets the patterns match up perfectly. none of them are misaligned and the Listia listing's pattern does not match up ( its irregular) regardless of what the seller says in her comment..
Sellers response to why the pattern doesnt match up....
"Bought at coach store in moa, guaranteed authentic, not ALL Coach's patterns match up perfectly, but yes many do. "
Is this OUTLET Store vs.. BOUTIQUE?? ( saw mention in a earlier post) The mis aligned one is outlet.. and all the ones on ebay in that link are Boutique?

That is not the same wallet. The wallet on the ebay link doesn't have a pocket on the front. It is just stitched. All the wallets on the ebay link are factory Daisy wallets. The one on Listia looks fine to me. I think it is a Chelsea wallet from around 2007.
