1- Go back and read the Fake Serial Numbers List and look for SportsCoach. And look at the serial number of the bag.

2- The second one looks ok.

Don't be in such a rush to spend your money. Coach made thousands of every style, and if one gets sold today, a hundred more of the same style will be listed in the next year. Believe me, you're not "missing out" on anything.

And if you're buying to re-sell, you REALLY need to take the time to analyze how fast the bag will sell and for how much. Just because a price looks good to you doesn't mean that someone else will want to buy it too.

First is a genuine Morgan Briefcase from around 1992-93.

Second is a genuine Metropolitan Brief from 1998.

I'd have to say Fake. Not just because of the questionable plant code (and font), but there are 2 things with the inside zipper that aren't right (I'm comparing it to a genuine 9951 from 1996) and the entire creed stamp is not only crooked but it's way too low on the pocket. The top of the stamp should only be aboult half an inch from the bottom edge of the zipper, and the whole zipper is just too big. It's too wide and thick, and the metal stop at the closed end isn't visible at all, it looks like if you unzip it all the way you'll hit the leather edge instead of a metal stop.

Always ask about the rear outside pocket - make sure the sides are still attached to the seams. Some people use them to hold newspapers and umbrellas and you want to make sure they don't have stress rips.
