The older Court Bags didn't have adjustable straps, and Coach has also fiddled with the strap length on that style over the years. The ones with the 44-inch straps were a fixed length, but maybe the shorter straps had some adjustment, I can't remember when they changed to a shorter adjustable strap but it was probably in the late 90s. Your bag looks genuine, probably from between 1989 and 1993.

It would help if you could post pictures of anything the wallet came with (box, paperwork, tags, etc.) and also where this was purchased. Was this purchased from the same place as the previous wallet?

Yes, they were purchased together from liquidation.com They came in brown boxes with Coach on the bottom front corner. I got rid of the boxes. They each have a Coach care card and the little booklet.

There's no way to tell and there's no way I'd buy from that site. The site owners will never get involved if you find out you've been sold fakes, it's strictly between you and the individual seller, who may or may NOT be selling genuine items. But even if they're real, they're often soiled or slightly damaged. They're sold AS IS.

Depending on how old they're supposed to be, there definitely could be a problem with one thing I'm seeing. Did any come with any price tags? It's a shame the boxes are gone, especially if they had any labels.

Please DON'T bid on that. Not only is it fake, but most of the charms including 2 fish and 2 starfish are missing. NEW it's NOT. And the shape of the keyring is wrong too.

So what do i do if i already pay for it and she already ship it out? i email her but havent got any reply back. Also, the description say "original or refund", but when i read her "get answer", it says that she doesnt accept returns. i never have serious problem with ebay seller before, so how do i settle this??!
