As long as you're sure that they're actually copying Coach's trademarked logos and not just using G's or O's that look like Coach's C's, you should report them either to your local police department or to the FBI if the police won't do anything. And your friend can take legal action against the shop or kiosk if they sold her a fake and refuse to give her money back - selling fakes of any kind is a federal offense.
