I can't help with the newer one but the second one is called a Bleecker Small Basket. It's from one of my favorite Trusted Sellers and is completely genuine.

The bag seems to be genuine, but the seller has sold fake keychains and jewelry made from fake keychains. You should also take a good look at their Feedback history at Toolhaus.org:

Personally I would NOT deal with that seller.
