It could be, the designs are really close. But all I have to go by is the catalog and it looks like Coach made a BIG mistake when they printed the Small Poppy Hobos' measurements. The pic shows it as being about the same width as the Framed Wristlet which was 7x4 inches, and only about 2 or 3 inches taller than the iPod Mini case (4 inches), but the measurements listed on the page are 14x11x3 inches, which CAN'T be right. It's probably about the same size as your Madison.

No, I can only find the Framed Coin Purse in the catalog and in my saved photos in Signature fabric, not in leather.

I would not buy from leyners2. It looks like there's shill bidding going on in this seller's auctions. The winner of 2 of her auctions, tk3master, has bid on several other of leyners2's auctions. The items in the two auctions that tk3master won were later relisted.

The XL Lily and Gigis were then relisted under a different ID - I saw the auctions discussed in the Deals chat thread, but unfortunately was not able to catch the subsequent IDs since the auctions were pulled.

I wonder if there's any connection to this seller. Note that tiffany*diamonds*only*please's descriptions (both listings) are copied from this seller's items. Both are from CA.
