They look fine.

As for the picture of the box, the seller has several different sized listings for the same boots and probably just used the same box photo.

If you want to be sure of size, you can verify with the seller that this listing is, indeed for size 10.

It looks okay.

Not all sellers on Bonanzle have prices that are negotiable. And you don't want to lowball the seller. Decide on how much you want the bag, whether you're willing to pay the price and you can certainly ask the seller if the price is firm, but don't be surprised if it is.
