You have 45 days to file a dispute.

If you think the seller might be responsible and reasonable, you might want to email her to let her know you learned it's fake and ask if she'll refund your full payment.

Otherwise, file SNAD and escalate it, but watch the dates to make sure you do it within 45 days.

You might also want to add another comment to the feedback that you learned it's a fake.

I don't like the look of the first wallet, the ID window looks like it's lopsided and off-center. There are also one or two other details that don't look right.

I thought this seller was mentioned here before but I can't find it.

Please don't buy from smallfatbeagle or arielonair. Both IDs are the same person and sell (or attempt to sell) the same fake Coach keychains and jewelry.

Previously, the seller used her own pictures of blatant fakes. Listings were removed from ebay, seller subsequently went to Bonanzle to peddle them, listings were again removed and now seller is using a stolen picture:

I agree on both counts - the Mini Skinny is completely genuine.

And IF you're the buyer I'd really like to know why you left the seller a Negative saying the item was fake.

There just aren't enough photos. The seller doesn't even give the serial number so without knowing what style it's supposed to be, it's hard to even say if it looks close to ok. I'm guessing that it's about 5 or 6 years old so if you bid, bid accordingly. And pay with Paypal or a credit card in case it turns out to be fake.

Thanks Hyacinth! I think I'll play the safe side this time, she's not answering which always makes me wonder. Thanks for reeling me back in before I did something stupid :D
