Item: Vintage 1960s Coach Legacy Stripe Lining Attache Purse
Listing number: 220542395947
Seller: toothlessruthless

Comments: There aren’t many photos, no pic of the creed, and the striped lining does not look like other photos of legacy lining, but it’s supposed to be from the 1960’s so maybe that’s what they looked like in the “old days”? But I thought that the earlier coaches didn’t have any lining, or is that wrong? The seller has a 100% with 602 ratings so that sounds pretty good. Please authenticate, thanks!

Wait for other opinions on this scarf. I'm not familiar with the style and she doesn't show tags or label.

(Does the Gucci scarf in her completed listings look like machine stitched hems?)

ETA: I'm also uncomfortable with the seller's private listings. It appears (from her feedback) that she has sold other "designer" scarves, however without the listing to look at, I don't feel warm and fuzzy.

The Coach scarf is fake and so is the Gucci scarf she's sold. This particular "Coach" scarf can be found on iOffer and the Gucci scarf has the wrong logo font.

It's authentic. There will be no "creed" like you would see in newer Coach. There is only that little rectangular "leather tag" that is pictured and says "Coach Leatherware".

It's probably from the late 60's - early to mid 70's. That lining was used on many bags during Bonnie Cashin's time at Coach.

could someone please help withis Coach Ikat http://cgi.ebay.com/COACH-OP-ART-IK...emQQptZUS_CSA_WH_Handbags?hash=item4ced77520b tell me the counterfeiters havents already started on this gorgeous bag??!!

It's authentic. This seller sells authentic. In the future, please use the format indicated in Post #1, as this helps make it easier to search for items and sellers.

FYI - counterfeiters will copy any style, even ones that have recently been released. So we can't assume that a new or current style hasn't been faked yet.

Both are fine and are MFF (Made for Factory) Zoes. The first seller sells authentic. I don't see any problems with the Coach logo and creed.

There needs to be more pictures, including a closeup picture of the creed.

How recently did you contact the seller? The seller is a fairly new seller without a lot of feedback. If the seller wants to be successful on ebay, she will need to learn to respond to customers' inquiries in a timely manner and have more detailed listings with more pictures.
