She described it as excellent, great condition in numerous emails & messages on ebay to me. But to me, the paint coming off of the entire trim is not excellent or great. So I filed a dispute w/Paypal. I tried to fix it with her but she didn't want to do any type of refund.

I believe you did the right thing in this instance. Good luck getting this resolved.

I am keeping my fingers crossed that Paypal rules in my favor! I am upset that it wasn't all I wanted it to be! I love that design & color! I'll keep looking other places! And try other outlet stores by my friend so she could pick one up for me from the store!

I am pretty sure that they'll find in your favor - they usually go for the buyer. :smile1: Have you tried Bonanzle? I don't sell on there, but I have bought several items and LOVE the site. It's worth a try. :smile1: And I'll look at the outlet by my parents' house this weekend if you'd like (if I make it up there), and see if I see that one - you might be able to do a charge-send.

I just heard about that site from here!! And I just joined this site a few days ago when I was researching coach purses after I won this one! Thanks but I'm gonna pass, I even told my friend to hold off! I want to make sure this paypal thing rules in my favor before I purchase another one! My husband wasnt too pleased that I paid that for a purse & wallet in the first place! So I'm hoping I get my $$$ back & can get a brand new one from the store and KNOW it's in excellent condition :) But thanks! I will let you know once this goes through!!!

thanks for authenticating that item ive asked (post#1398), much appreciated.

i was just looking at the coach bags.... they look really nice and thought i might want to buy one. shame that the official online store doesnt deliver here in the uk.

as you've said, 'that seller sells only authentic', does it mean i can safely buy from her ebay shop without having it authenticated here? just a though really. just want to make sure as its from america and im here in the uk.
