I got a bag from a friend of a friend. The bag is about a foot wide and 6-8 inch tall
it has soft purple leather for the handle with the same leather weaved in an out of it.
The handle is held on by brass rings. The top flap design it the most common one i have seen, with the greenish-brown c's with tan background.
It is trimmed with about a half inch of purple leather all the way to the middle back.
It has a belt tyoe thing that (on the emblem says it is "genuine leather and python") starts from the middle back, has four small brass holes with a purple ribbon crisscrossed like shoe strings and tied in a bow.
The python belt runs to the fron and has a brass buckle with three brass holes in it.
It has a magnetic brass button type thing.
On the top part of the magnetic button it says "romag.usa pat.5722126."
the main part of the purse it a soft pink knitted material.
On the front it has a square of purple leather about 2"x2" with the bottom of the magnetic button.
At the opening of the purse it has the purple leather trimming all the way around.
As well as the bottom, it has purple leather all the way around but almost in an 8-shape.
It has bras snap buttons on both sides of it with purple trimming around the buttons.
It has brass holes alond the bottom all the way around with the same purple leather weaved in and out.
The inside is a different color pink, brighter and a different material, kinda shiny and silky.
It has two open pockets on the front side with one a lil bigger than the other.
It has a zipper pocket on the inside back that is purple and has purple leather trimming and a purple leather handle type thing held on by a brass ring.
It also has a key holder type thing(a half circle on one side and straight edged on the other) right under the zipper on the right hand side connected by a small peice of purple leather.
The emblem is on purple leather on the back inside about 2"x2" wide and states: "this is a coach bag. It was hadcrafted in turkey with the finest woven leather and python. Its superior craftsmanship and attention to detail reflect our committment to enduring quality. No d042-9653"

please let me know if you can help with this.
I've searched for it everywhere, i was told it was a limited edition but its not stamped with limited edition or anything.

Thanks!

Thanks alot!!!!!!!!!!

It looks good. This is the Legacy Signature Shoulder Bag, style 12869, that was made for the outlets. (It's not a Sabrina. The Sabrina is a different style bag.)

I'm not sure if that's supposed to be a dust bag that the bag is sitting on top of in the first picture. That doesn't look like a Coach dust bag.

Hi, welcome to the forum! If you're asking about whether your bag is authentic, please take pictures of your bag and post the pictures here. We'll want to see pictures of the front, back, bottom, and sides of the bag, the hardware, lining, and a clear, legible picture of the creed patch from the inside of the bag.

You can upload the pictures here using the Manage Attachments feature, or you can upload the pictures to a free photohosting site like Photobucket and then post the links for the pictures here.

Should I ask for any additional photos? Or for a picture of the dust bag itself?

The purse is fine. Because it's a made for factory outlet bag, it doesn't come with a Coach dust bag. The seller may have just used a dust bag from a different bag. If you want, you can ask the seller if the dust bag is included and ask for a picture of it.

It looks good, though it would be a good idea to get a picture of the entire bag.

Thanks for the reply :D

As the bag is still with the seller now, I dont have the entire bag pic. But she did send me a photo of the bag, but unsure is that the bag she is going to sell me.. it may be other stocks she has.. (hope you get what I mean).. But I shall post the pic here, so that you can take a look..

Thank you :D

I just noticed that the same bag is on eBay with the exact same photos?????
The weird thing is I am in FL. & so is this lady that is supposed to sell me this bag, but it looks like the seller on eBay is from Ohio. I think this lady here in FL. is using stolen images. She claims in her listing if you look at the link from my earlier post that her bag is used, but one of the photos (The one with the flap up) it shows a partial glimps of a new tag, & is the same image as the lady from eBay. I can't believe the scammers out there!!!!!!!!!!!! If someone has an eBay account they should notify
urbangirl13 from eBay of the CL posting here in FL. with her stolen images.
Let me know if this looks weird to you *starry*

Thanks for the picture. When you go to see it in person, check it out carefully and make sure it's the same bag as the other photos she sent you. If you decide to buy it, take pictures of it once you have the bag and post them here. It never hurts to get a second (or third) opinion. Some sellers may not use their own pictures so it's hard to tell if the bag in the pictures is the actual bag you'll be getting.

Good catch! It does look like those photos were stolen from the ebay seller. (I should have noticed the different backgrounds in the two sets of photos.) This is another example of why it's so hard to tell if pictures on CL are pictures of the actual bag since some people use stolen pics. I think the pictures the seller sent you are pictures of the actual bag, but I have no idea why the seller needed to use the ebay seller's photos in the Craigslist listing. Shady!

(And I still question the "dust bag" in the photo she sent you.) It's best to pass on this one.

I was thinking the same thing myself, thank you for your input. If you wouldn't have given me the bags info I would have never been able to reference it & would have never even noticed that they were not her photos. Thanks for the help *STARRY* :) There are more than enough bags to choose from here in FL. so I will deffinitiely be passing on this one!

Ok will do.

Really a big thank you.. :smile1:

You all have been a great help!!! Shall post the pics here when I get it.

I'm so glad you caught that.

Unfortunately, many craigslist sellers steal pictures from legitimate ebay or other auction site sellers and use those pictures to sell fakes.

I wouldn't recommend buying from this seller because clearly, even if her own bag is authentic, she lied to you.

And being the big mouth that I am, I would write back to the seller and tell her why you aren't buying her bag.

(I'll contact that rightful owner of the pictures.)
