Comments: saw this while browsing for wallets. never seen it before and it just screams out FAKE to me.

It's fake. The seller also has an auction for fake Coach shoes and an auction for a fake Op Art Carly up that includes a pair of what looks like Op Art Barrett sneakers. The Op Art Carly is definitely fake, but there aren't enough pictures of the sneakers to tell.

The other day we saw a fake leather Lily. Now here's a fake signature Lily! I've attached pics so you can feast your eyes on this "unique" bag once it disappears. :p This is from the auction description:

# MU 721828 NUMBER INSIDE THE PURSE

The strap could have been replaced and some early straps weren't adjustable. As for the stitching, that style has been made for about 30 years and it's possible that a lighter stitching was used for a while, or even that the bag's been repaired.

I don't see any problem with the creed stamp and that's the first place that usually indicates a fake.

Hi everyone, I'm new to posting to this forum but I've been enjoying reading this thread! I wanted to see if someone could help me authenticate this wristlet. I apologize if I post something incorrectly because I'm completely new to this!

The wristlet is a Mad Op Art Capacity Wristlet. I bought it off of ebay and I just think it's odd that some of the painting seems to have rubbed off on the coach logo. Please see photos attached.

Thank you!! :D

Serena

Welcome to the forum! The wristlet is authentic. This is a common occurrence on this type of logo plaque.

There have been a few - very few - styles in the last 2 or 3 years that have had very small Coach logos on the turnlocks, but probably 95 percent of stamped turnlocks are fake. That's why we need to see photos, especially of all stamped hardware.

besides the "COACH" on the turn lock the other think I thought looks funny is the handles, hang tag, and trim are patent leather, but the leather on the bottom corners is not patent. ...is it just me or is this not right?
