Ask her to take the picture using the macro (tulip/flower) function. Sometimes experimenting with different lighting conditions, flash on/flash off can get different results. It takes a bit of playing around, but usually the macro will get the best pics.

It's very fake. Did you win this? If so, please save the pictures from the auction in case they disappear. Then you should go ahead and file a SNAD (Significantly Not As Described) dispute in Paypal so you can get your money back.
