Authenticate This COACH

Please Help me out on this, I don't know how old it is, my sister gave it to me years ago.

I have had this purse for years and just sold it and the party that bought states it's not authentic. I need to know if this is authentic or Not

It is definitely NOT authentic. Coach has NEVER used a serial/style number like that AND they have never put a cell phone holder on one side of a leather purse.

Also, I can see the "stretch marked" leather which is another tell tale sign of a fake.

There's no way to tell from most of the pics she shows. Many of them especially the ones of the newer bags are stolen right from Coach's website. That's not only illegal and a violation of US Copyright law but it means that the bag in the pic is NOT the same bag you'll be receiving.

If a seller wants to build trust from her customers, she needs to start by showing clear close pics of the exact item she's selling, and especially to show good clear close-ups of the creed patch and the codes from any price tags still on the bag.

If you want to ask about a specific bag, please ask the seller to send you photos of the same bag she's selling. Otherwise I'd have to say that I personally wouldn't buy from that seller.

That seller sells ONLY authentic bags. I've bought from her before and always been very happy with what I've received.

I bought a Coach purse and wallet at a garage sale (yeah, I know probably too good to be true, but I bought it at this huge amazing house, so I thought...maybe??).

Okay, I just figured out how to load the pictures. The last ones I loaded are very small and hard to see. Hopefully these are better.

Oh yeah, and here is the number inside the purse: D04J-6818. Also, the stitching looks pretty good, and the purse smells like real leather. I compared it to the Coach I bought at a Coach store, and they do look similar???

Not on-line but someone has it and does not want it. They are selling it. I can buy it but don't know if it is authentic. Does COACH do that kind of lining?
