No, I still have not received the bag. In that case, I don't have the obligation to pay for the remaining shipping cost that is not stated in the auction/invoice then.

My question is whether I should claimed against the seller IF indeed the actual bag has a white spot after I received it which means the seller has cut it out of the pics? Is it possible?

I can't answer your question regarding a claim. However, if the seller has already mailed the item via USPS, don't open it when it arrives. You can just label as "Return to Sender" and you won't have to pay the return shipping cost, ONLY if you don't open the packing.

Would have wanted to see more pictures, including a picture of the creed. More opinions are welcome.

There's no way to say if it's real without more photos although Coach did make a similar style.

Keep in mind before you bid on any more auctions - when a seller says that something shows a little wear, it's always best to ask for photos of the worn or damaged spots! And when the item is a diaper bag, you always want to ask for photos of the inside too, to check for stains or damage.

Bidding on a used bag that shows only a single photo is never a good idea unless you know and trust your seller absolutely. And you always want to see photos of the creed patch and serial number.

Uhmm..Thx.. But how can I check whether the bag indeed has a white spot at the bottom of the bag unless I open it?

I looked at the auction again and the description says (and I'm quoting):
"there is a typical normal of slight discoloration on the bottom comes area of sude also stains of wear on the trim corners." So it appears that the seller is trying to say that there are marks on the suede. So technically the wear and stain are mentioned in the auction. The pictures are deceptive, though, because they don't show the mark. I guess it would depend on how bad the mark is when you see it in person. Maybe the seller has removed most of the mark, or maybe it's still there. I would wait until you receive the bag and see it before you decide whether it qualifies as SNAD (significantly not as described).

Regarding the letter representing different months of manufacturing...now I see. I didn't know what that letter stood for. I'm sure they are authentic as they were both purchased at 2 different Coach Factory Stores. Thanks so much for your help...much appreciated!

No problem! Yes, if you purchased them both from Coach outlets, they're absolutely authentic!

I received this today, the lining is satin? I guess I missed that. My questions are, should the turnlocks have Coach on them? No is my guess & they don't but I just wanted to make sure. They're heavy Coach is stamped into the leather on the one side where the end of the zipper is. The bag itself is very heavy so that makes me feel good. The sleeper sack has the coach down in the bottom right corner is that ok? The sleeper is huge, never had one this big before! I'm just looking for re-confirmation before I leave feedback is all. Also there are no "feet". Thanks for any help and understanding!!

The bag in the pictures looks right to me. The lining is satin, which you can see from the pics. The turnlocks don't say "COACH" on them. The dust bag looks fine. If you want more reassurance, you can post your own pics of the bag.

The first seller that she bought the bag from has described about the white spot aside from the "slight discoloration on the bottom comes area of sude also stains of wear on the trim corners" . So I was alarmed to see that she did not describe it too.

Ok, I will wait for the bag to arrive and if indeed the white spot is so significant that it erodes the beauty of the bag, I will post the pics but of course hopefully the seller has removed the white spot mark. Save the time of the trouble to claim a SNAD report ^-^

Thank you SO MUCH staryy :smile1:

Thanks! Not sure how to add my own pictures but the bag & creed look like the pictures. I meant to say that the satin really feels like satin, should have been more clear there sorry. The turnlock receivers do have the screws on the back too which made me feel better. Thanks again, just needed that 2nd look to make me feel better! :yahoo:
