Both the Madelines are authentic. It's fine that the creeds have different wording. Since one bag was made in Nov. 2007 and the other was made in Dec. 2007, Coach probably just changed the wording on the creed. It could also be around the time that they switched to the "new" font, since the Dec. bag has different font from the Nov. one.
Since 1994, serial numbers are not unique. Hundreds of bags that are made in the same month and year in the same plant can have the same number.
As I said, post pics of your bag when you receive it and hopefully we'll be able to ease your mind.
