The seller just updated the auction with the interior photos I requested. It looks legit from what I can see. The creed patch has some kind of die mark on it which I have actually seen on other bags...either an "X" or a circle. Didn't know if that was significant or not.

It looks fine.

The bullet indicates that the bag came from a Coach outlet.

When bags have an "X" it means that Coach sold the bags to discounters such as TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Filene's Basement, etc. Those bags are absolutely authentic, also, but are not returnable to Coach.

An "X" or Bullseye mark on the creed does not mean that the bag is authentic.

Counterfeiters can copy a Bullseye and X mark just as easily as they can copy the creed.

True that the counterfeiters can copy anything, but it's rare (though not unheard of) that the fakers have copied bullseyes and X's. I was only answering the generic question about what the markings mean.

Ok...I think I've narrowed it down to this one purse :D The seller sent a bunch of images that I requested so if one of you savvy chickies could please have a look and tell me what ya think I would be most appreciative :D

Two of the photos of the exterior show what appears to be a pen mark next to the hangtag...but in a third photo of the same region its not there. Not sure if that's for real or not and seller claims the bag is mint condition.

The bag is authentic and the pictures look good.

If you have a question about a pen mark I would ask the seller to recheck the bag to be sure.

:smile1:

Thanks so much DemRam :D I contacted the seller about the mark...this is a gift for my girlfriend so would like it to be "mint" condition.

If it doesn't pan out I may just buy direct from a Coach store...found a few purses there that she would like...was just trying to go the vintage route cause I think she would like that lol.

Thanks again :D
