Personally, I would not buy from this seller. It's hard to tell if the pictures are the seller's own, as this seller steals pictures from the Coach website and uses stolen stock photos.

Here are some other discussions of the seller:

Hi ladies. I bought these two bags from a yard sale. I know absolutely nothing about Coach bags, so I thought I'd come here & ask the experts. After reading through the forum, I think at least one is a fake. I didn't pay much for them, so I won't be too heartbroken to trash them. The pic on the white creed didn't turn out very well. The # is C06K-11594. TIA!

A clearer picture of the creed would be nice, but it looks good to me.

thanks so much for the response - does this help? (Obviously, I'm a newbie to taking creed photos)

Also - is this a City Bag? It doesn't seem to exactly match the dimensions on the website - it's 11.25x8x3.75. Can you tell what year it was made from the creed? (0678-332)

Sorry, they're both fake - "new" Coaches for sale at yard sales almost always are, and there are a LOT of red flags on each one of those bags. Full-size Coach bags will ALWAYS have a serial number on the creed patch. And if you'd read the creed patch on the second one it says that the bag is made of cowhide which it obviously is NOT.

If you can get hold of the seller, demand a full refund. Selling fake bags any time, anywhere, is against federal law.

If you trash them, slice them up with a scissors or Exacto knife first or the local dumpster divers will find them and stick them on Ebay. And please read the posts in the Answers to Authenticity Questions thread pinned at the top of the forum before buying Coach anywhere other than a Coach store or major department store like Macys or Dillards - you'll save yourself a lot of money.

There's no way to tell the style from the serial number since it's an older bag made before 1994. As for measurements, everyone measures bags differently. If the actual mesurements are off by up to an inch, that's still close enough. I always mentally knock at least half an inch off Coach's measurements. It's probably a City Bag, made between 1989 and 1993.

Thanks for the response. Will be disposing of them.
