Hi,I bought this large handbag on Ebay and am wondering if it is real.The pics from the auction do not do this bag justice.The creed is embossed inside the zippered compartment.The # says NoJ4D-9951(the o in No is underlined but I didn't know how to do that).The bag feels like real leather and smells like it too.Those little threads shown in the pics on the bottom of the bag are not the stitches but from wear.I was wondering if it is an older version of#9951 on Coachs website.It looks similar.Thanks for your help and have a great day!Starmommy

That's fine. It's an optic pattern and they don't line up. Due to the overlapping of the pattern, alignment isn't possible.

Hi,

It's difficult to judge authenticity based on the seller's pictures. Plus there are no measurements listed. It is important to also see a photo of the creed that is clear enough to read.

Style number 9951 is the "Patricia's Legacy" and it has been made by Coach for quite a long time. It should be approximately 11" Wide x 10" Tall x 4" Deep. The J4D before the hyphen means that the bag was made in 1994.

Do check the measurements and maybe you can post a picture of the creed?

It looks like very good workmanship but I found that the real thing from this seller has some minor stitching uneveness, Coach Hang Tag is not very distinct and the price tag looks very suspicious - the paper is thinner and the print is lighter color than normal coach items

Yes, this is why I asked the OP to provide pictures of the bag she received because from the OP's post it sounds like she bought from bigben and has the bag and is questioning the details.
