It's hard to tell from that one picture. But if the lining is gold siggy lining, it's not authentic.

Do you have the person's contact information? you could always threaten small claims action. It's cheap and might scare the seller into refunding.

It would be much better if you posted pics of your sister's bag here. According to my notes, 10665 is a solid-color Hamptons Weekend multipurpose-type Tote, not a Scribble. This is the only pic I could find:

uh oh that does not sound good. shes having surgery soon so she doesn't really have time but when I go over to her house I will take some pictures. thanks!

And not only did she copy the pictures from the original listing, she copied the description word for word. I would want to see the seller's OWN pictures of the bag, not a stock pic and not pictures taken from another seller.

Thanks starry! She states in her listing she bought the bag from Nordstrom's ( I can't stand liars!). After I asked about the bags in the 2 pics looking like different bags, she told me the 1st pic IS the bag the winner will receive. Ugh!

2. Mini skinny picture has a date stamp in the corner. Bag doesn't have a date. Different cameras? Different photographers?

Thank you, BeenBurned! I asked about the bag in the pic being the exact bag the winner receives, since I thought they looked different. She stated the bag in the 1st pic is the exact one they'll get (yet it's a stock photo?!). Starry also found that this seller bought it from another ebay seller & stole the first seller's pics and listing word for word. Hmmmm... think I'll pass!:p
