Believe it or not, I've seen another Sabrina with a 99999 serial number before. The one I saw was actually purchased from a Coach Outlet. Everything else about that Sabrina looked authentic. I actually believe that the 99999 is a sample style number, one that was made as a prototype and wasn't meant to be sold. How that one got to the outlet, I don't know. I think this one is ok too. The seller has sold several rare items that are not available to the public. I think the seller either works for Coach or knows someone who does.

I would ask for a picture of the creed. I would also want to see a picture of the lipstick stains that the seller says is on the lining. The seller says she's out of town, so hopefully she'll be able to get the pictures before the auction ends. It might be a mistake, but in one response to a question she says that she got the bag as a gift and in another response she says she bought it.

^^^Thanks. Yeah, 99999 number threw me. One of the other thing I noticed was the hangtags. The hangtags in the Coach stock photo include two gold ones (one metal and one metalic(?) leather), and a beige patent one. This one has a chocolate one instead of beige. Also the coach emblem below the horse & carriage is a darker brown with gold letters, and on the stock photo, the background on that emblem is a lot lighter, almost matches with the color of the bag. There are also crinkles in the creed. Please don't think I'm saying you're wrong, I very well could be (and probably am!) wrong. It's just after I saw the 99999 number I started looking for other differences between that one and the stock photo. I'm bored and was just browsing, trying to sharpen my fake-spotting skills ;)

Edit: I just re-read your post and thought maybe if this is also a prototype, that would explain the different hangtags and the darker emblem.

Gah! I did not see that .. Im the highest bidder at the moment. I requested picture of the creed. If she does not send before auction ends do I have to pay for it? Thanks for you quick response:)
