I've attached pictures of my item - I compared it to all the other Coach key FOBS I own and I have to say the quality of this item is far below my others.

Just in this set of photos - the font on the silver hangtag is wrong, the surface of the dog charm is wrong, and the stamps on the back of each charm are wrong.

If you compare yours to the actual photo owner's listings, you'll see the differences. There are obvious differences on both the front AND back of every charm on that keychain:

There should be a link under "Shortcuts" on the left side of your main Buying and Selling page for "Resolution Center". Click on that and begin a Paypal (you DID pay with Paypal, I hope?) dispute since the keychain is counterfeit and SNAD. They'll tell you to comntact the seller to try and resolve the problem - ontact the seller IMMEDIATELY and insist on a full refund and tell him/her that the keychain has been verified as fake by one of Ebay's Coach experts and that you want a full refund, including return shipping if the seller expects you to send it back. If they refuse, continue with the Paypal dispute and escalate it to a Claim - ask for a FULL refund including shipping charges.

Follow Paypal's instructions EXACTLY, and before you do anything else, right-click and save the entire auction listing to a file on your computer in case someone reports that keychain as fake and Ebay removes the listing. Save the photos too. The box alone shows that the keychain is fake.

Both of those are complete and obvious fakes and don't look ANYTHING like a real Coach. She's violating US federal law if she sells those nasty things.

Foorum members, please report that set as "Prohibited" to Craigslist.

Yes Coach does give these out for unrepairable items. Not sure if you could actually use that. It will have the person who recieved it name on the top of letter. You might wanna call Coach and ask if those can be transferred.
