I have seen ya'll mention that some of these sellers use stock photos, how do you tell if the creed is a stock photo? Thanks so much

Not a stock photo other than the one first one in the actual listing. They both look ok to me. These are the totes that were designed for Factory sale. Might want to see what you can get it at an outlet for.

Thank you for your help. I don't have an outlet near me, but also would not want to give a bag as a gift if not a special bag. I just want to give a classic bag. What style would you suggest? I will shop for it, and then I am sure I will be back with one to authenticate. Thanks

The "F" in front of the style number on 2nd set of numbers tells you it's a bag made especially for the factory. I have not touched one yet but I can tell you from the pictures I have seen and some of the posts on the forums the leather is just not as nice. Thinner, stiffer etc.

The shape of the tote is classic, I am just not sure I am feeling the leather on those bags. Something about it is not quite up to par.

Again, I'll repeat what I said before, a picture of the creed is needed to make sure, however I don't see any evidence of fakes in this seller's other listings. This is the Slim Carly so it will look slightly different in shape than the regular Carly. The color appears to be off because of the lighting. KnitFrances, please don't say a bag is fake unless you are ABSOLUTELY sure. We don't want legitimate sellers to have their listings pulled unfairly just because someone thinks a bag looks fake. :nogood:

I asked for creed photo and got this reply from the seller.

"i dont know what a creed photo is - do you mean a photo of the statement which says that the bag was handcrafted in the US of completely natural glove tanned cowhide.....No B8C-4106? It is an authentic coach bag."

Without seeing the creed I'd say it's probably genuine and is a Soho Small Satchel. It's a smallish bag, maybe about 8x7 inches.

It's probably real, but it's almost impossible to be really sure about wallets. Some of the fakes photograph really well.

The wallet you're asking about in the auction is probably real, but is NOT the same one that's on Coach's website - don't compare them!

This one is the same style as the one in the auction. Always be sure you're comparing items with the same style number;

I will be buying off ebay the 1st time! Where can I ask question about that? I won this auction and is waiting for seller to confirm total shipping to pay tho there were an estimate shipping. I am still waiting for reply. Normally, seller do not mark up or make a profit out of shipping isn't it?
