Wow, gorgeous bag! It's authentic. I think it was a limited edition that came out in 2004. It may have been transferred to the outlet from the boutique, but it wasn't a made-for-outlet bag. Here is the drilldown pic for this style:

WOW - N/M - Coach was est. in 1941, not 1914 as the keychain says LOL!! Took me a second look to catch that one!

Looks ok to me - I'd wait for another lady to authenticate it - good deal if you can get it clean - but it looks like its gonna be tough.

Yeah, it's in rough shape. I was just talking to a friend though who found a dry cleaner who made a 15 year old purse look brand new for only $10 ...so I'm considering it.....
