Please follow the following requests:

• Note that authenticators have the right to refuse any requests. This is a free service, but it is imperative that you help our authenticators by using the following format:

• For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock

Hi I basically have a general question about the Coach creeds.

So me and my friend got the same Lana 23 in dark stone and are absolutely in love with it.

We just noticed how the leather tags inside have different sizes and texts on them (see pictures)

Is this normal, even though it's the exact same bag?

What's even more frustrating than ShopGoodwill selling fakes is that they're using 2 authentication companies that shouldn't be authenticating Coach. Both companies have made so many mistakes on Coach bags. Entrupy relies on AI and I believe the other company (the one that authenticated the bag in this listing) uses "human" authenticators but they don't seem to know their limits.

Whether Entrupy, Goodwill or the "other company" have been made aware of their mistakes, I don't know. I believe there have been TPF members who've returned fakes to Goodwill but as far as I know, Goodwill relists, presumably trusting the companies they use and not notifying the authenticators to let them know they've erred.

And if they don't learn why they made mistakes, they won't fix them and buyers will continue to get fakes with inaccurate COAs.

We both got them online.
The first one is from wardow.com and the second one from Zalando.
The color of the second one is slightly different (lighter) which I didn’t think was that alarming since she had just unpacked the bag and I‘ve been using mine for about 5 months already (the color is a little darker, more intense brown).
Other than that theres nothing I noticed, just the creeds being different sizes and texts.

100%. I’ve bought many bags from sgw, some authenticated by their services and some not. This is the first one that came up fake here on the forum. But it’s also the first one that I too thought looked off (which is why I only put one low bid in). The whole story with this bag is bizarre. And hopefully they will recognize that and gracefully acknowledge that I didn’t buy this.

ETA: I’ll say this — GSW handled very professionally. They removed the entire transaction from my account record, within hours of my request notifying them it was fake. But that doesn’t change the issues with the mistake by their service. @houseof999 and @BeenBurned, thank you so very much for your help and for the invaluable services you provide here. 🙏🙏🙏
