Hi Authenticators! I didn't get this case (6925 if authentic) authenticated before/when I bought it, but now that's it's on hand and I'm looking at it, I'm not sure it's authentic. Can someone take a look please? I know the hangtag is not original, but I'm questioning the zipper shade and particularly the interior fabric (plain black-no Coach logo). Thank you!

Item: red coach makeup pouch small
Seller: jugus46
Item Number: 196498367594
Link: https://www.ebay.com/itm/196498367594
I edited my previous post because I went back and looked at my own pictures of the item and I'm seeing differences.

1. Logo on jugus46's looks larger than mine
2. Logo on jugus46's appears to have more borders than mine
3. Mirror on jugus46's appears to be slightly different
4. Lining isn't correct.

My opinion is that you got a fake. @whateve - What say you?

Interesting because every other chubby (6925) I have has dark brown satin ish lining with the Coach logo printed on it. The lining in this one is just a black cotton ish lining.
Also, the Coach logo printed on the leather of this case is quite a bit larger than the imprint on the leather than those on my other chubby cases.

Yes, the red zipper and the thread on this one are very red compared to the red shade of the leather. Do you think the hangtag is authentic?

ETA: to add photos of 6925s on hand. The red one on the bottom is the one I'm questioning. Note the imprinted Coach logo difference.
See my edit. I've changed my opinion.

Hello, can I please get assistance authenticating this Coach Nolita 19? It was given to me as a gift. If you need additional photos, please let me know. Thank you.

Please check inside the pockets (probably lower left corner) and see if you can find a small white tag with 2 rows of letters/numbers. You may have to turn the pocket inside out to find and photograph it. (I think it might be in the uppermost pocket but it could be in any.)

Hello, yes I found the small tag inside the pocket. Please see below. Thank you.
It looks fine.

Thanks for the update. I posted a couple of photos for reference, but I agree....mine is fake. A bit of time has passed, so I may be out of luck for a return. IF I have to keep it (ugh!), do you think the hangtag is authentic?

You still have time and you should open a NAD return request quickly.

The item was sold on July 19 and you have 30 (calendar) days from delivery to open a claim. You should be well within 30 days from receipt.

ETA: I doubt the hangtag is authentic. The shape doesn't appear quite right.

My own picture isn't great but you can see the difference.

go to your order details. There should be a drop down box, possibly under actions and click to return. There will be a list of reasons from which you choose (probably) "not as pictured or described." (I don't know whether the "doesn't seem authentic" option is still a choice.)

Thanks for all of your help! Submitted and hopeful eBay will acknowledge and allow the return.

I agree, it's fake.

SNAD returns are ALWAYS decided in the buyer's favor.

When you open the case, the seller has a date by which she must respond, either with a prepaid shipping label (if she wants it back) or with a refund (without requiring a return).

If she doesn't respond, you can go back to the case and ask ebay to step in and they'll decide in your favor. The seller will get a huge defect for not resolving the case herself.

My return has been authorized - in the nick of time. Yeah!

Thank you both for all of your help. It kept me from owning a fake I certainly don't need. Note to self - most any Coach is likely to be faked at some point so let the experts weigh in!

ETA: sorry, forgot to insert the quoted messages.

The seller wants it back which means the fake could probably stay in circulation . The return was authorized very quickly with a prepaid label. So back it goes!

Thank you. Both are authentic. I believe the second one is a Columbus bag from 1992/1993.
Thank you so much!! I am going to work to restore the Columbus bag. The bag is perfect structurally but the outside needs to be addressed a bit. :)

Quick question - is it safe to assume that bags with the outlet bullseye are authentic? Or has there been instances of counterfeits having that mark as well? Thank you so much!
