BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.
  • Front of item

  • Full clear and legible creed text and serial number
  • Made in tags (when available)
  • Measurements
  • For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
  • For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
  • If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

Other opinions are welcome.

I believe the bag is authentic but I find it interesting and odd that this bag doesn't have a "Coach" stamp on the center upper front of the bag as do others of the same style.

This bag (also made in July 1997 as the one you're asking about) doesn't have the logo.

This one and this one (made a month earlier than the one in question) both have the logo.
I also noticed that the bags I saw had the Coach stamp on the front.

It's authentic. I don't have any catalog information about it. I have notes calling several bags from 1997 as being part of a Manhattan collection but no catalogs to prove it. This is not the same as the 1993 Manhattan Lightweights collectionI

It's authentic. It was called Soho leather stitched flap.
