It looks good (style 93073) although the color of the ears appears different from that I owned. AFAIK, it had pink ears. I don't know if the keychain in the listing is discolored or if it was made with tan ears also.

12 1/2"W x 9 1/2"H x 4 1/4"D
Has a shoulder strap and separate crossbody strap
Last pic is the back of interior tag -- it says made in cambodia if you are unable to see it.

Genuine, made in 1996, and Coach called it a Drawstring Backpack.

Whether or not she posted a creed photo doesn't make any difference to Ebay. GET YOUR MONEY BACK, it's counterfeit and Not As Described. It's Ebay you're dealing with here, not Poshmark! Why do you think you're stuck with it? If you have any problem getting a refund, ask @BeenBurned for advice.

It doesn't matter if the seller of a fake claims that "they don't accept returns". It's what Ebay says that matters, and Ebay say that counterfeits are NOT allowed. Period.

It doesn't even look like a City Bag. It looks like it's trying to be a Rambler's Legacy but the shape isn't quite right either. That should have been your first red flag even without seeing the creed, and if a "Coach" doesn't look like it's supposed to or what the seller says it is, you should insist on a creed and serial photo. If there isn't one in the listing, DON'T BUY IT. The turnlock isn't right either.
