BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.

  • Full clear and legible creed text and serial number
  • Made in tags (when available)
  • Measurements
  • For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
  • For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
  • If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

Genuine. I'm still waiting for the seller to post measurements but if it measures about 10x7x3 inches it's probably a Matinee Bag, style 4126 from the Manhattan Collection made right around 1993.

The one I have has a seam running down the middle like the Shopping bag on one one side. And there are two hanging pockets inside.

Marketing tote looks to be plain on both sides and the internal pocket construction looks a bit different. Maybe a variation to the Marketing tote?

There is a 9665 marketing tote. That isn't it. This is 9650. I don't have a catalog picture and I don't know where I got the information. They are very similar in size. I wonder if 9650 was the original design, then it was changed. I'm seeing 9650 around 1978 and 9665 in 1981.

Just wanted to add 1 more. I think this pocket purse is okay, but the spacing of the numbers is a little funky. Maybe this is normal for a made in Turkey bag?
