Good to know. Yes, it was the creed and word spacing throwing me off. Thank you, appreciate your help!

Just to add, I compared the font used for the serial number in that bag with 2 other examples in my files from the same plant and approximate time period, and the similarity of the fonts and other small details seem to indicate that all three bags used the same genuine serial stamp, allowing for slight differences in spacing that can happen when the digits are re-set.

Good work comparing and analyzing the differences BTW!

It's authentic. I'm sorry I don't know the name.

Is this Goodwill item authentic?

Item:"Vintage Coach Leather Bag"
Listing number: 158361681
Seller and site where listed: Shopgoodwill.com
Link:https://shopgoodwill.com/item/158361681
Comments: Ran across this while looking for a large "personal item" for flights. I was unable to find any comps using the style number.

It's not in my files but many of the early 2000s items from China weren't made in volume, and since they're more than 20 years old don't show up in internet searches either. But it's still genuine.
