  • For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock

Very sharp of you to notice the LEATHERWARE stamp. Another major red flag is the color of the pebbled leather, it's much too gray. That exact grayish color on any "Sheridan" is always wrong. The light colors Coach used were much more of a light beige-y tan, or a darker British Tan shade, I think both were just called Tan in the catalogs. I'll try to find a catalog photo, we're just finishing up breakfast so it will be a few minutes.

Hi, Happy Thanksgiving! I hope you all are doing well.

I had an item to authenticate and an additional question if that's alright!
Apologies if this has been asked before! Is this sort of piping around the front of a Court bag indicative of a fake? I know there are some acceptable inconsistencies with Coach, just wasn't sure if this is one of them.

The prefix is J4C and the bag appears authentic.

Good question! It's been answered a few times before you joined the forum. Sometimes Coach makes small changes to a design and keeps the same style number. That happened with the court bag around 1999. The newer version is like the one in your first picture. It's a cleaner look and was probably easier to stitch.

Wow! Yes, it's absolutely fake! As bad as I thought it was when I first looked at your pictures, if I'd enlarged the creed, there would have been no doubt!

But we need the seller ID to warn other buyers and IMO, it's not just many sellers who make Carousell dangerous but I don't believe Carousell itself to be a safe site.

I don't think I've ever seen as many spelling errors on a creed as there are on the bag sold by
