BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.

  • Full clear and legible creed text and serial number
  • Made in tags (when available)
  • Measurements
  • For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
  • For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
  • If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

Genuine, and just one month short of the 20 years it takes to be considered "vintage". Made in November 2002.

Sorry, it's fake.

Not only is the serial number font wrong for any bag from the"D" plant in 1994, but the "4" year code for 1994 is COMPLETELY wrong for a style 9061 Rambler's Legacy, which wasn't even introduced until late 1998. Check the scanned catalogs in the Reference thread.

It's a bit hard to even tell if it's a C or a D plant code, but it's not that important, both plant fonts were almost identical. And the 4-year discrepancy in dates is fatal. The too-long underscore in the "No" is another major red flag.

Here's the creed and serial:
