@DoraT94 - Here is Etsy's phone contact information. You should call them and point them to the newest listing. (You might also want to show them the original listing from which ThingsAnay stole the pictures.) They should be able to figure out that there's no way the scammer could still have a bag in her possession to resell if she shipped it to "you" at a Mexican address and it was supposedly delivered. Have them also look at your own address to see that you don't have an address in Mexico so she clearly didn't ship it to you!

If necessary, escalate to a supervisor and go up the food chain until you get someone who understands what's going on!

It's authentic. Coach doesn't waste fabric centering the bottom of bags that few people will see.

It can happen that they may center the pattern on the bottom but it's not something they make a conscious effort to do, as they usually do on the front and back seams.

Note that I say "usually" because even that "rule" gets broken!

Styles 10482 and 10483 are 2 such rule-breakers.

The following is the back of 10483. The front is centered and aligned.

You could try calling Coach Customer Service and see if they still have that information in their files. They'll need the serial number especially the style number. The style is 14 years old so those details may not still be in their records.
