Hi Hyacinth, late last night you authenticated a purse for me Coach 9713, I went to look to see again this morning to see if I read it correctly and I now am not sure if I was dreaming it, but the post was gone. I guess there was a problem with the site last night and posts were lost. Was I dreaming??? Lol. Should I repost, man I must of been very tired last night, crazy I didn’t even have a glass of wine.

Going from memory here - the style number was 9812 IIRC and it was a genuine Ridgefield Flap. I don't remember the exact year of production, possibly 2000. You asked about the gusseted pocket and the "Rambler" because they have the same kind of pocket, and I mentioned that the other style you were asking about was actually called a Rambler's Legacy and that although many people seem to confuse the 2 names, the original Rambler was a noticeably different bag and that at least half a dozen vintage styles had a gusseted pocket.

Did I miss anything?

I’d appreciate it if one of you could look over this bag and let me know if it’s real. I am not educated enough about the bags prior to 1994 (with serial numbers that didn’t signify a style number or a manufacturing date/place) to know the name of this style, so that info would be great to have, also.

It's authentic. It's a compact pouch #9620, probably made in the 1980s.
