Please follow the following requests:

BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.

• Full clear and legible creed text and serial number
• Made in tags (when available)
• Measurements
• For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
• For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
• If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

Authentication request
Purchased at GW
Questioning because listing was removed by eBay claiming it was counterfeit After it shipped.
measures 12” x 12” x 4”

I try not to take advantage of your time/skills. I would not have listed this one had I known it was counterfeit. I didn’t authenticate here because I was certain it was authentic And had others to ask you about.
what are the odds the buyer reported it counterfeit after it shipped?
I want to refund her and ask her to destroy it if it’s counterfeit.
I want to inform eBay so I don’t have a strike against me if it’s genuine.
Help!

The bag is absolutely authentic and shouldn't have been removed.

You might have to submit professional documentation. AFAIK, authenticate4u is the least expensive. You get a PDF document stating that an item is deemed authentic (or not). I've not seen ebay request or require the long form, at least for Coach.

They're best contacted through their facebook page. Then payment is submitted through Paypal followed by pictures uploaded through FB messenger.

The bag is fine. It's a Lula's legacy made in 1997.
