Item: I think that's a two toned Penny? I'm not sure. I know that it's not from the 1960's.

It's not a Penny, I can't identify it without more pictures. And it was made in the early 1990s so it has NOTHING to do with Cashin and was made almost 20 YEARS after she and Coach ended their collaboration in 1974.

Comments: Definitely a crossbody strap in length, definitely a 4 digit - 3 digit but very hard to make out.

Looks good to me, made in 1997 as you said, NOT in the 1970s as the seller claims.

Coach's name for it is Ergo Small Flap. "Saddle Bag" is a totally different style.


Here's the page from Coach's 1997 Holiday catalog showing it as "New", the color is listed as Tangerine.

Like so many other sellers on Poshmark, especially those who are "Poshmark ambassadors," this seller
sundaymoring999 is a mixer and also sells fakes. Mistake or not, one would expect a "trusted" site ambassador to know the rules about authenticity and about authenticating items prior to listing.
