• For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock

Hello, I am new to vintage Coach bags and I stumbled across the City Bag (9790) and fell in love with the style. I’ve done some poking around trying to find one that’s in good used condition or just needs a little rehab but I want to be sure it’s authentic. I came across this one at Mercari and was hoping to get some thoughts. Or advice on a better place to look. Thank you!

It's genuine. Leather can be affected by the way it's been taken care of, or NOT taken care of. And turnlocks can loosen over time, the bag is 25 years old. Neither condition is any kind of indication that a Coach is fake.

This one is genuine and made in 1996.

It's a genuine Rambler's Legacy and the date code indicates July 1998

It should be a Neo Coin Pouch, style 6284.

In stand corrected. Somehow that number got into my files and matched with a photo of that small coin pouch.

I have catalogs with the Neo accessories pictured if you would like the full reference. Unfortunately it does not include the backpack style fob.
