Please post authenticity questions related to COACH in this thread. No PMs please.

Please follow the following requests:
  • Before you submit a request for authentication, please search this thread to make sure that the item has not previously been authenticated by searching the seller ID and/or item number. This is not a thread to ask general questions about COACH, please refer to our main Coach forum for such information.
  • Note that authenticators have the right to refuse any requests. This is a free service, but it is imperative that you help our authenticators by using the following format:

BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.
  • Front of item
  • Back of item
  • Full clear and legible creed text and serial number
  • Made in tags (when available)
  • Measurements
  • For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
  • For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
  • If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

There's still no agreement on whether the line was called Hampton or Hamilton because the tags and receipts never spell it out, and the styles are very similar to both the full price and outlet version Hamptons lines. I've never seen the name Hamilton on any official Coach source.

It doesn't really matter what color it is. Unless you consider "FAKE" a color.

As we keep reminding everyone, please include the actual seller's name in your request so anyone interested in this or any other items she's selling can search her selling history. It might help keep someone from paying $177 for a Counterfeit "Stewardess".

The seller is " laurieannt52 " at Poshmark.

Just a heads-up for everyone - Poshmark seems to be running a sale on fakes this month. There has already been an unusual number of fake bags spotted in their current listings, so anyone who's even thinking of buying a highly-faked brand from their sellers needs to use extreme caution. Either have it authenticated HERE at tPF or avoid the site altogether until they start getting serious about removing fakes from it.

But it seems highly unlikely that will ever happen.

Sorry about that, I forgot to add the seller’s name in haste. I’ve never seen it in this colour before thus the suspicion. In any case, always better to check right? Thank you so much for the speedy reply :)
