Please post authenticity questions related to COACH in this thread. No PMs please.

Please follow the following requests:
  • Before you submit a request for authentication, please search this thread to make sure that the item has not previously been authenticated by searching the seller ID and/or item number. This is not a thread to ask general questions about COACH, please refer to our main Coach forum for such information.
  • Note that authenticators have the right to refuse any requests. This is a free service, but it is imperative that you help our authenticators by using the following format:
  • FOR ITEMS LISTED ONLINE:

BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.
  • Front of item
  • Back of item
  • Full clear and legible creed text and serial number
  • Made in tags (when available)
  • Measurements
  • For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
  • For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
  • If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

There should be a serial number. Even if (as she claims) there's no serial number, she still would need to show the FULL TEXT of the creed so we can see it. A cut off incomplete creed is useless.

If oliviarose can't be bothered to take another picture so her bag can be authenticated, she's probably not a seller you want to do business with. (Refer her here if necessary!)

I'd strongly recommend against buying that bag, with or without a creed photo. I'm seeing at least 2 problems.

The center seam on the bottom panel of the bag is noticeably off-center. I've never seen or at least never noticed that on a genuine Coach.

There's also a problem with the creed that I've only seen on fakes. @BeenBurned, take a look at the word "states" and tell me what you think.

and here's what the bottom seam looks like

Please can you review the following for me:

I have in-hand a large wristlet in Ginger Beet
Purchased from: Vinted (UK)
Seller ID: noshjustin06
It has old paper tags attached with design F47527 followed by the code SVA2K.
Measures:
Width - 21-23 cms
Length - 14 cms
Strap incl lobster claw - 36 cms

COMMENTS: I could only find one reference to it on TPF, way back from 2012, TPF member @lolaisodd, but not requesting authenticity.
My main question is whether it is genuine or not, then the year please.

It also looks like the bottom corners aren't square enough.

Hi Y'all, could you kindly take a look to authenticate these bags? I'm finding some of these bags with blue/white striped lining without interior creed and some with. Any info would be appreciated! Do do know the years coach made these? Not much info on the web with info about them. Thanks so much!!

These are hard to authenticate but I think these are fine. They were made for a long time. At least from the early 80s through the 90s, possibly the early 2000s.
