Authentic Hamptons leather hobo from 2003. (I am not certain of the "official" name.)

Goodwill is willing to give me a refund on the Soho belted bag (number 3) if I can explain to them why it is not authentic. Will someone give me some insight?
Do you have it in your possession? It is a highly faked style. The number font and spacing is wrong. The 'o' In No. is too big and the underline is too long. If you have it in your possession, post a picture of the straps where they attach to the bag.

I have attached 2 photos of the straps.

Wait a second! They're only willing to give a refund on #3? What about fakes 1 and 4?

Can you refer whoever you're speaking/emailing here? They owe you 3 refunds!

Attention people: This is a great example of why Goodwill payments should be funded with a credit card!

I already got a refund for bag #1 but it was from a different Goodwill. I’m trying to get a refund from Goodwill of South Florida for Bag #3. Bag #4 they will give me a refund if I ship it back to them but it would cost me more to ship than the refund owed.
