In case Hy needs back up. We were fooling around a few posts back

Bring an extra 10-pound bag or two of rice, I'm not sure how well those things hold up. The burlap ones are probably a lot sturdier than just the single-layer plastic ones.

(Sorry to have missed a few hours here earlier, I had to take the DH out for pizza to persuade him to let me borrow his biker boots. They're a bit loose on me but what the he!!, that's what laces are for).

Gates Of Hell, here we come!

ETA - any other volunteers?

When you have time, I would appreciate if you would let me know your thoughts on this briefcase. I picked it up at GW. It measures approximately 14.5 x 10 x 3 inches.

Thank you!

It looks okay but I don't recognize the style.

A Letter Brief? I had my files open the other night, I am away overnight.

That has a buckle, not a turnlock.

Gotcha. And

Is this one still up for grabs? It's definitely a Letter Brief, unless the catalog is wrong.

ETA - I see what caused the confusion - 2 DIFFERENT Letter Briefs. Below is the 1987 Letter Brief from the Holiday 1987 catalog, style 5210. The one posted above it is the 5270 Letter Brief from the Holiday 1990 catalog. So Coach used the same name for 2 different styles just 3 years apart. A reminder why names can't be depended on because Coach reuses them just to confuse us and see if we're paying attention

Way to go, Coach !!!

Ahhh ty. I did remember the buckle opening on the original after whateve mentioned it. What stuck with me was that it was less than 16 wide, the strap attachment and the stitching down the center.
