Thank you and be safe!

The FB page says it's a closed group, so your SIL is going to have to ask for better photos to be emailed to her since I can't even see the listing on the site. We need to see a clear, readable photo of the creed and serial number, as well as the half of the magnetic snaps that hold the front flap closed, we need to see the "male" half with the stamping and need to be able to read it. Just seeing the style number in the listing doesn't help with authentication.
Thank you so much, HY!!

I saw a bag on ebay, that I've never seen before, the pix have no clear image of the creed, so I asked the seller to post a pic of where it says coach and she got a bit snarky and told me "that she obviously wouldn't post a coach without it being an actual coach" so no pic and no more communication, I know its hard without the creed, but is this authentic? I've never had a seller refuse a pic before.

Seller ID: rehabexchange
Item num: 183915256476

If that seller refuses a request for another photo, why would you even consider dealing with her? What happens if you have a problem after the sale?

It may be ok but without a creed photo we can't be sure. And we don't recommend buying from sellers who refuse that kind of request. In fact, looking at the seller's other Coach listings, of the TEN handbag items I looked at, only ONE of the bags include a clear creed photo, and one doesn't include any additional photos at all besides the gallery pic. I personally would not buy from seller " rehabexchange ."
Aren't you glad you found out what kind of seller rehabexchange is BEFORE you spent your money with her?

Whether SHE knows it's authentic or not has nothing to do with YOUR peace of mind. I can't even count the number of sellers who (knowingly or not) have posted fakes and when the pictures in the listing aren't good enough for a diligent buyer to use for verification of authenticity, one can sometimes assume that the seller may purposely be hiding something or just doesn't know whether it's authentic.

In any case, a good and honest seller would (at least) apologize for omitting a crucial picture and attempt to get a better one.

I'm with Hyacinth on this one. You probably don't want to do business with rehabexchange.

Only 2 of the 4 pictures (might) be the seller's own. Pictures 1 and 4 are stolen from Coach's stock images.

Although the title states "pink" as the color, the pictures appear to be more brown (British tan?) although other sellers seem to have the same problem in depicting the color accurately.

The strap appears to be okay.
Thank you - I've asked for a few more photos in better light.
